Tony co-founded Continuum Wealth in 2013 having previously been a Director of two Wealth Management firms in Marlow over a period of 20 years.
As Managing Director, Tony ensures that Continuum Wealth delivers the highest possible standard of service to clients and observes the FCA’s regulatory requirements.
With her co-director, Tony Waltham, Mira founded Continuum Wealth in 2013 having previously worked for a number of Wealth Management firms in Buckinghamshire.
Mira chairs Continuum Wealth’s Investment Committee and is responsible for the research and modelling on which all of our investment recommendations are based. She also heads the team which drafts investment recommendations for clients.
Vassil is an Investment Adviser who also advises on Mortgages. He joined Continuum Wealth in 2014 after running his own Mortgage Advisory business for over 10 years. Originally from Plovdiv in Bulgaria, he now lives in Ruislip with his wife and their two children.
Taisha Betz is a financial planner and investment adviser having retrained after a successful career in the technology sector. She supports clients who are in work, self-employed, or settling into retirement, helping them determine and achieve their financial objectives. She has extensive experience with pension sharing in divorce, inheritance tax, personal protection and pension planning.
David joined Continuum Wealth in 2019 after a successful career in Financial Services Consultancy. He is passionate about his role, specialising in Retirement Planning and holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the plan to advance his knowledge and work towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner. Originally from the South Coast, and now lives in the Newbury area.
Craig Wilson joined Continuum Wealth in 2020 as a paraplanner. His role encompasses the generation of comprehensive reports tailored to clients with diverse financial needs, conducting thorough evaluations and analyses of various products and services, and providing expert advice to ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
Craig embarked on his journey in Financial Planning while pursuing his Honours Degree in Financial Planning at Nelson Mandela University in South Africa. It was during this pivotal final year that he gained valuable practical experience as a financial adviser at ABSA Bank, a former affiliate of Barclays. After earning his Honours, he made the decision to move to England to further advance his career and he is currently studying towards the Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Craig's dedication to financial planning extends beyond his educational achievements. His commitment is further underscored by his receipt of student merit awards and an exclusive invitation to join the prestigious Golden Key International Honour Society.
Outside of his professional life, Craig is an avid golfer and also enjoys playing both cricket and rugby for local teams in Henley-on-Thames.
Nigel joined Continuum Wealth in 2018 as a paraplanner. His responsibilities include the provision of highly-detailed reports for clients with complex needs, in-depth review and analysis of products and services, together with technical guidance to ensure all clients receive a top-tier service. He is also a member of our Investment Committee.
With a BSc degree in Mathematics, Nigel is an Associate of the Personal Finance Society (APFS). In his 40-year career, with extensive involvement in pensions, he has managed portfolios of defined benefit pension schemes, advising trustees and employers on their scheme design, approval and technical responsibilities. He has been Head of Research for an IFA Network and a life assurance company. He was Director of Product Development for a life company, managing a diverse portfolio of retirement income, long-term care, lifetime mortgage, protection and bulk defined benefit solutions.
Nigel is a specialist in later life issues, a former member of the Advisory Board of the Society of Later Life Advisers and provides regular webinars on pensions issues for financial advisers. Outside of work, he is a Local Observer for the Institute of Advanced Motorists, although he admits that pensions is probably his main hobby.
Margaret joined Continuum Wealth in 2021 as a paraplanner. Her responsibilities include research, review and analysis of financial products and providing detailed reports for our clients.
Margaret is a member of the Personal Finance Society (DipPFS) and has over 40 years in financial services.
Outside of work Margaret enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and trying to perfect the her golf swing (with little success).
Candice joined Continuum in 2014 as a Client Services Administrator shortly after the company was set up. Her professional career began in the civil service and she has now worked in financial services for 17 years. Throughout her time at Continuum, Candice has amassed a wealth of knowledge regarding financial providers and their intricate processes. As the Client Services Administrator, she seamlessly coordinates and executes a myriad of financial and operational tasks, ensuring both clients and Financial Advisers receive top-tier support.
When she steps away from her pivotal role at Continuum, Candice finds solace in the embrace of nature. An enthusiast of the outdoors, she relishes scenic walks and the tranquility they offer.
Michelle Raeburn recently joined Continuum Wealth on August 21, 2023, as a Client Services Administrator.
Her responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including administrative support, aiding in the development of financial plans, and ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service. She also plays a key role in supporting the paraplanners and advisers at Continuum Wealth.
With over 18 years of experience in the financial sector, Michelle began her career at HSBC in 2005. Over the years, she has held various roles that have contributed to her diverse skill set, particularly in customer service and in providing support to paraplanners and advisers.
Michelle is passionate about delivering customer satisfaction and has a strong commitment to her role. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Continuum Wealth, making her a valuable addition to the team.
Outside of work, Michelle has a keen interest in travel and enjoys exploring different cultures and historical landmarks. She also cherishes time spent with family and friends and is an avid dog walker, taking advantage of the local landscapes and woodlands that are nearby.
